NOMINATION PROCEDURE

Nomination forms must be accompanied by supporting documents and can be submitted via email to walkofthestars@pschamber.org or mailed to the address below:

C/O Palm Springs Walk of the Stars 

190 W. Amado Road 

Palm Springs, CA 92262

Nominees must have:

• at least five years of professional achievement in their respective field
• significant contributions to the Palm Springs community
• and a commitment to attend the dedication ceremony if selected

All nomination applications must include:

• a photo of the nominee
• a brief bio (no more than 5 pages)
• the nominee's qualifications
• a list of their contributions to the Palm Springs community

Nominations will be reviewed by the Walk of the Stars Selection Committee, and approved nominees will be eligible for a star to be installed on the Walk during the current or following season. If a nominee is not selected for the season, they may resubmit for the following nomination period.
